SHIPPING & RETURNS FAQs

1. WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING FEES?

Shipping fees vary due to the different varieties, sizes and weights of products we have. When you are ready to buy, add a product to your cart and then select your country and address. Shipping will be autocalculated in a snap!

Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Military APO/FPO addresses may take some extra time.

2. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Of course! We ship in nearly every country of the world.

3. HOW ARE ORDERS SHIPPED?

All shipments are sent the following day of the order and depending on the product, it can take anywhere from one to three weeks time to arrive.

4. HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once an order has shipped out, we will send you an email with the tracking number. Just click on the link and it will take you to the shipping website, depending on who shipped your package.
You can also track your order in your order history. Just log into your account using your email address and password, then click on your order number in your order history.

5. I WANT TO RETURN A PURCHASE! WHAT DO I DO?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Greecs.com you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. (Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.)

Some items ship with an attached security tag. Merchandise returned without the original security tag attached or a damaged tag may not qualify for a refund.

If you do not have the original packaging, please return by placing a copy of the return confirmation with merchandise inside of a plastic bag and place inside the shipping box.

Make sure the merchandise is in its original packaging, (i.e. box), and place it in a shipping box. Attach the label to the sealed box. Be sure to cover any old labels with the new one, or just peel them off. A black marker can also be used to cover any existing bar codes.

You may drop off your return at any carrier of your choosing.

It may take 4-5 business days for your return to reach Greecs.com. Once it is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt) your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

6. WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING CHARGES FOR RETURNING AN ORDER?

This totally depends on the carrier you choose. Once you decide you do not want a product, simply contact us to initiate your refund. You will then need to pack it carefully and ship it back to us using any carrier of your choosing. Upon receiving it, we will provide a full refund.

7. CAN I EXCHANGE AN ORDER INSTEAD OF RETURNING IT?

We would love to give you this option, however, our system does support only exchanging color or sizes. If you are not satisfied with this option however, what you can do is email us with the request and we can transfer the funds from the original order to a Gift Certificate. If the exchange order is later returned, we will refund your Gift Certificate. Please give us a call, chat, or email and we will gladly share more details on how to process the exchange. Our Customer Loyalty Team is available Mon-Fri from 9:00am to 5:00pm EST and more than happy to help! An exchange also requires a return of the original order within 14 days, so feel free to follow the instructions on how to process a return.

8. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ME TO GET A REFUND?

It may take anywhere from 4 business days up to 3 weeks for your return to reach Greecs.com. Once it is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt) your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

9. CAN I WITHDRAW FROM THE SALE?

Yes of course! You have 14 days to rescind the sale after the product has shipped and also bear the cost of returning it tothe company. Please note that in order to be eligible for a ful lrefund within that time period you must:
- Return the product unopened - no boxes or security stickers must be violated
- The product must be complete
- Your refund will be processed within 7 days of receipt of the product.

10. DO I PAY DUTY TAX UPON RECEIVING AN ITEM?

Because customs policies and charges vary widely from country to country, we recommend you contact your local customs office for more information.
